Born in London and carried to Monaco by the West Wind, our story continues to grow through the people who bring it to life each day.

We’re looking for individuals who share our curiosity and our respect for craft. We’re currently recruiting in all Front of House positions to join our Monaco family, as well as Chefs at all levels and creative minds that will join our group and work with our existing framework, apply their innovative cooking skills to an idea and grow with us as we continue to progress both locally and internationally.
